Positive: Staff are wonderful. I have stayed at Yi Stack Hotel several times and never disappointed. Love the place.

Negative: Need more bathroom hooks to hang towels, cloths.

Positive: I usually stay here when I am in Beijing - I like the space and having a balcony - the bathroom is nice and the bed comfortable - the neighborhood is also super nice. Staff is welcoming and what we can't sort out with my poor Chinese we manage with interpretation system :).

Positive: Very clean, moderately spacious room with a stylish and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and my stay offered great value for money.

Negative: My local maps app struggled to find the hotel as it seems to be listed by a different name on there. I was searching for several minutes. The effort is worth it when you get there, though!

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean rooms. Staff were friendly but not keen to help with much.

Negative: We had a room with no window, which we knew, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and there was nothing to be done about it. Even the shower water smelled like smoke.

Positive: I booked this hotel for one reason: its closeness to the Airport Expressway. I didn't expect much from the area, but the hotel itself was a wonderful surprise! The room is small but very clean and cozy. The beautiful courtyard is the perfect place to relax in the evening. The staff at reception were exceptionally warm and kind and served great coffee. A charming choice for an early flight.

Negative: My stay was mostly pleasant, thanks to the excellent pillows and a very good shower. However, the bed linens were slightly damp, which unfortunately impacted the quality of my sleep.
