Positive: In the north of the island, between Sikaminea and the fishing port of Skala Sikamineas, a total of 3 independent small houses. In olive groves, with an excellent view of the Aegean Sea. The houses are spacious, with all kinds of equipment. The cleanliness of the house was very good, the towels were changed frequently. We spent a very nice 6 days with our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The beach of Paralia Kagia, 5 minutes away, has a very nice sea, there are shady places thanks to the trees. The owner Niki has done a good job, we will definitely come back next summer.

Negative: There's nothing I don't like. You just have to know that the car is needed because of the location. The nearest grocery store is 10-15 minutes away.

Summary: Great place to stay in the northern part of the island. Definitely worth a second visit.

Positive: This is a beautiful property located in amongst an olive grove overlooking the ocean. The facilities are all spot on with everything you need to make it your home for a short stay. The host Niki, was very helpful and made the process of checking in/out very easy and stress free. It is only a 2 minute drive to the coastal town of Skala Sykamineas and a short drive from the inland town of Sykamineas which is very convenient. I will definitely be visiting again and recommending to family and friends for their visit to this part of the island!

Positive: The housing had a great view, was clean, comfortable and had the basics that we needed for a 3-night stay.

Negative: Our stay was quite nice until the very last morning - the owner Niki contacted us at 8:30 am on the day of departure and asked us to leave sooner than our departure time because she had “other guests coming”. We found this quite inhospitable, since we were officially allowed to stay until 11 am and wanted to enjoy a relaxed breakfast on our last morning. She argued that we could check-in earlier on the arrival day (1 pm), but she could have let us know the day before so that we could have made our plans accordingly.

Positive: Perfect location for travellers seeking for nature, comfort and privacy.. Surrounded by olive trees, this lovely, spacey apartment has a gorgeous view looking over the Aegean sea and Turkish coast. Our host Niki was very helpful, we had everything we needed. Just 3 minutes down to lovely Skala by car, and 5-6 minutes to the lovely Sykemineas town up in the mountains.

Positive: Stunning view from huge terrace, very very peaceful and quiet location for true relaxation, house is fully equipped with everything, comfortable and renovated rooms, kitchen and bathroom, good air conditioning, parking for car beside the house. Our host was also very kind and attentive. Truly a great stay in a lovely properly, for a very good price and with true peaceful relaxation.

Negative: Almost everything was great. Only small things to comment - WiFi was not strong. And if you consider to stay here a car is absolutely necessary.
