Positive: The location of the room is amazing, you literally step into the sea from your door. Eleni is a very lovely lady who also lives there on the back of the garden. The inside of the room is renovated very tastefully. She gives the products for the breakfastand a cake she made in the refrigerator, There is a very nice taverna next door,but it closes at 6pm off seasons, so it might be a good idea to keep some food in the room. There is a very nice little village up the road and there is a market and a coffee place there. However we traveled a lot and went to different tavernas in different coasts There are lots of stray cats around, and we adopted a lovely one and took back to Turkey❤️ We will definitely go there next time in Mydilli.

Positive: Very nice and very clean room. Lots of amenities like coffee maker, toaster, some food, plates, etc. The bathroom is also very clean. Everything inside the room looks great. Doors on both sides is also a good solution. Amazing view. You sleep on the beach about 3 meters from the sea. Wonderful

Negative: Well, there were a few bad things: First of all, there is absolutely no privacy on the terrace. We came across a family with 3 children, which was a NIGHTMARE because of the children crying from morning to night every day. Of course, I understand that it's not directly the host's fault, but we had to leave the room every day and go to other beaches because of this, and our vacation was ruined as a result. These rooms are not suitable for families with children, and the host should take this into consideration. There is no any shop in the area. If you don't have a car, you have a big problem. The host should clearly inform in the description that this is the case in the area. The mosquito net door slams a lot when closing, maybe it's worth trying to do something about it because the rooms are very close to each other and you can hear everything. The host doesn't speak English at all, absolutely nothing. There is total chaos in front of the house, some older locals were sitting on our sunbeds in the evening. New guests who arrive at the property don't know where to go, who to check in with, etc. Is it so difficult to hang a sign with instructions somewhere? There is a tavern very close to the room, it can be disturbing, a lot of people on the sunbeds etc Terrible contact with the host via the booking portal. They reply to messages with a very long delay. I tried to book this property via another b&b portal and they didn't reply at all.... No Wi-Fi internet connection.

Positive: everything perfect, the rooms are renovated with love and you'll have enough space for your stuff. there is a coffee machine, kitchen, everything you need. the shower is very good as well. the sea is 2 meters away. a little paradise.

Negative: like I said, all perfect. just to make sure you'll arrive at the right place: take the way that google maps suggests. the coordinates here in booking are not correct.
