Positive: We had a wonderful stay here in Oct as a family of four. It really felt like a home from home for us, with a lovely garden area and pool, and some extra little touches that made it perfect (i.e. mineral water machine, sky sports on the tv, comfy arm chairs!). Location also really handy (by car/bike anyway) for local beaches, or Ayia Napa and Protaras, plus it is tucked away for privacy when home. The host was also very welcoming and helpful, thanks Joanna! We are already planning our next trip back...

Positive: Lovely villa with pretty gardens and pool. We enjoyed all the different seating areas at different times of the day. Plenty of sun and shade. The property is very clean and well maintained. The facilities are great, fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Nothing was too much trouble. A perfect stay for families but a car is essential.

Positive: The entire place ist very beautiful and well maintained. We stayed for 10 days with 4 adults and one Baby and had everything we needed. The kitchen is big and well equipped. We spent lots of time outside in the beautiful garden with many sitting areas. Also the pool was an absolute highlight, its all private and really relaxing to just have it for yourself. I can definitely recommend coming here as a Family and also with a Baby due to the calm atmosphere and space. We had a rental car so we could reach shops, restaurants and beaches quickly. Also The owners of the villa are really kind and great hosts. We even hat the pleasure to meet them quickly.

Negative: We have nothing to complain! Just know that this place is best to stay at with a rental car, because there is not much within walking distance.

Summary: We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: A wonderful villa, with an excellent location and a wonderful owner. Joanna contacted us every day. The villa is very clean, has a wonderful garden and swimming pool. The air conditioning works very well in all rooms. The villa is equipped with literally everything. From the terrace on the first floor there is a view of the sea.There are even toothbrushes, detergents, spices, full kitchen equipment. Upon arrival, a welcome bottle of wine and cold drinks according to our wishes in the fridge. Peace and quiet near the tourist center of Protaras-Paralimni. The street on which the villa is located is a no-through street. Nothing disturbs the rest. We were there for the second time and we are planning another visit in 2025.

Negative: The mattresses in the beds are hard, but Joanna informed us that new ones will be purchased.

Positive: My family and I liked everything about the property. It was spacious inside and had lots of outdoor areas. It was lovely and quiet, within easy walking distance to the beach which was crystal clear and a few restaurants. We drove to Paralimni for our shopping - that was a short drive of around 15 minutes, so no problem for us because everything was cheaper at the Metro supermarket compared to those closest to us. The Protaras strip was a short drive away which suited us as we didn’t want to be in a busy area all the time. We loved our time at the villa, the pool was lovely and it was situated in a peaceful area which is what I was looking for.

Positive: Large villa with a nice garden and private pool and parking. Short 20 min walk or 2 min drive (we were a bit lazy) to Konnos Beach which is probably the most beautiful beach in Cyprus. Fig Tree Beach (also very beautiful) is 10 min by car. Nissi Beach/Agia Nappa at 15 min (more party ;-)). Also did trips to Lefkosia (1h) and Pafos (2h). Large family table inside, which we never used because we spend most time outdoors on the two terraces and at the pool area.

Positive: Great location on a quiet and peaceful street. Konnos beach is 1.5 km away (by car or on foot). The villa offers privacy, a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (children's with a small balcony and another for parents with a balcony and a large, covered terrace) and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a huge terrace. The landlord Joanna - an amazing person. We have never met someone who is so helpful to guests renting a villa. We are planning another holiday at Konnos Villa.

Positive: This whole villa was a fantastic site, both inside and outside. Recommended for both families and friends travelling together. All the bedrooms (and livingroom) have their own AC to make sure you can cope with the summerheat. We spent hour after hour in the great pool and really enjoyed the luxury of having a private stay. The host Joanna also makes sure you get a safe and lovely stay, and shes available to help you and make you feel comfortable all day.

Summary: I recommend this villa to everyone!
