Summary: A wonderful place! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space, the pool was great and cleaned twice a week. 10 minutes walk to a shop or restaurant. 20 minutes walk to the beach, which was amazing.

Summary: Absolutely perfect. Stunning villa in quiet private location. Close to two main resorts. Nothing negative to say at all. Just a beautiful place, peaceful holiday, exquisite villa. You will need a car and I would suggest shopping at Metro supermarket in Paralimini as so much better than Lidl for choice and price. You are not in the town but can get in easily by car or taxi. We preferred this quiet location. You also must go to Greco Coffee shop and bakery, Walking distance from the villa.

Summary: Overall we had a great time. The pool and outside space was great. The bedrooms were comfortable. The living room and kitchen did not have A/C which we knew about, but it was very hot there! The house had some minor issues but the owners were very responsive and took care of everything.

Summary: The villa is beautiful. The gardens & pool are superb. Our service from Elena & her representatives was prompt & very attentive. It is set in a quiet area but is close to most of the amenities we needed. A little pricy but I think it was worthwhile to pay that bit extra.

Summary: We booked the villa through a recommendation from a friend for a Stag party and we were not disappointed. The villa itself is well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was surprisingly spacious and deep enough for a decent swim. In terms of location, it is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15 minute drive into Ayia Napa centre- close enough that it doesn't cost a lot in taxis and far enough away that it feels as though you have your own little paradise outside of the chaos of the centre. The whole party were impressed with the villa and I would easily return there for a holiday again!
