Positive: Le lieu est grand, paisible, calme et beau. I loved how responsive and fast was the team on the ground. They took observations and my remarks well. The breakfast service was very nice. Well balanced and structured. And it was enough to feed me for a part of the day. The garden? Big, spacious and peaceful. You may encounter monkeys on the property. They're harmless. I was there alone in that big compound...if you're not afraid of being alone and enjoy some peace and quiet, that's a place to go. It's ideal for a small group retreat.
Negative: There were not slippers in the rooms. With a wooden floor which can get cold during the night, having slippers in the bedroom would have been great to avoid me wearing shoes from outside in the bedroom. Another minus negative point, the linen could have been on whiter side.
Summary: If you're not afraid to be alone in a big compound, that's the place

Positive: This is a very charming guest house in a calm and green area. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and available to help with anything you need. The chef is absolutely amazing and prepares beautiful breakfasts. I also had dinner there several nights and the food was perfect at dinner too. The hotel is a great value and is in a nice, safe area next to the Karura forest. There are also two very charming cats who live near the security gate. I would very happily stay here again. Thank you, Kongoni House!

Positive: Great location, peaceful, quiet, safe. I recommend this place. Very tasty and full breakfast.
Negative: Shower was leaking a bit, but I expect that this will be solved very soon.
