Positive: Location, perfect. Safe and clean, lovely Italian restaurant downstairs. Friedly and efficient staff and guards.

Negative: Too expensive for a solo traveler. I did not need so much space. Could have stayed somewhere smaller and cheaper.

Negative: They have a problem with the water supply; we had no water in the morning two out of five days No mosquitos-net in one of the rooms Loud during daytime because of ongoing construction

Negative: No aircon in the rooms. It was a bit hot and s stuffy.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was across the street from the UN. We had no issues and the staff was supportive. The check-in process could be better. The administration should have sent a clear email explaining how to check-in. I arrived at 2am and was very confused as the office was closed. Nevertheless, the security guards were very helpful in getting me settled in.

Positive: for all UN guests the location is simply terrific. It's a very safe place with nice, polite guards, but also nice people in the management.

Negative: renovation of the bathroom could help. I was missing a coffee machine, could be something small and simple.
