Positive: 100% good value. This is the most adequate offer in the area. Most of all I was surprised by the lobby where you can take a variety of drinks and bites for free all day and night. A kinda breakfast is also present. So if you are short in budget, this place may be very helpful: just add something from 7-11 supermarket and voila

Negative: The room is super tiny, so if you use an AC it will definitely make you ill soon. The pillows were a bit awkward and not very comfortable. The breakfast only consists of bread of different types, mostly sweet, so you definitely would like to add something to balance it

Positive: Nice staff and nice position, close to the Shimbashi train station.

Negative: Our room has a smell that my partner could not tolerate. We kept the windows open and it slowly went away but we got some mosquitos visiting during the night. The ac is direct toward the beds so it was not really comfortable, and it was a bit difficult to set it up because it was in Japanese 😅

Positive: The staff was amazing, free breakfast for all guests is also a great thing. The cold and hot free beverages were super useful given the weather! Heads up to Ando who was truly amazing!!!

Negative: The room was dirty on the first night we stayed, as we were staying 7 nights we asked if an upgrade which was not possible until the last two nights which was unfortunate but not the staff’s fault. Also we had some damage due to the washing machine and there was no follow up on that situation from the manager :/ not that deep but a bit deceiving.

Summary: Great value for money, Ando was great and I would recommend!
