Positive: Location. Spotless, comfortable room a decent size for Tokyo. Close to the station and hundreds of food and drinks options Breakfast was a pretty good buffet as well

Negative: The fridge in the room was pretty ineffective and the staff couldn't seem to do anything about it

Positive: Location was fairly good.

Negative: The staff especially the young Japanese customer service is horrible. Ask for late check out at the front desk in the morning. He say OK we Can check out 2pm 12pm call say we are due to check out must leave or will be charge, told him this wasn't Covey over the meeting earlier on , he Scream at me over the phone. Then when we forced ourself to pack out and check out by 1245, he and management tell booking.com to charge us extra. Saying we didn't comply to policy. When we check out then they took out the chart saying got extra charges for late check out. It's rubbish service. This should be explain clearly before our check in and during my meeting up with them in the morning. That young boy face expression was super rude also. Will not promote this hotel to any family with kids , I had a 1year old with me so need more time to stay in the room as my flight was in the evening. Even when I write to them in the app, no one reply before I reach Japan. Their service standard is really lacking especially their English. Can't understand , can't explain properly, first time encountering this in another country.
