Positive: It's at most 200 metres from the port which is a lovely short distance in the heat. The lady who runs/ppqowns the place was a really nice lady. Very helpful. Got a SMALL breakfast which I wasn't expecting. It was a nice gesture. Wi-fi was good. Flexibility with check-out time. I rented a good motorbike from the lady for 2 days for 250 baht. For one night it was ok given the price. I expected hot water but for more than one night find somewhere better, though I noticed two of the rooms were bigger so maybe there are better options there? Unlikely I would ever stay again because of no fridge and no toilet paper

Negative: No hot water shower, just cold water. (I got the cheapest room. Hot water shower may be available in the more expensive rooms? Check.) No toilet paper so had to use that hose thing but water got everywhere. Wasn't expecting no toilet paper. It's built on stilts over water. While the room and premises were clean the area immediately in front and behind the building (the mangrove) was filthy. No excuse for this. No fridge. I knew this booking but in the hot weather a fridge is just essential. No bed. Just a matress on the floor. I knew this from the photos on Booking.com so I wasn't surprised.

Positive: It was located diectly at the Banphrao pier and the rooms were nice and cozy. The AC made our stay definitely easier and made us feel like it was not 35 degrees celcius outside. We had the nicest cat chilling with us all the time. Our room was equipped with solid bed with clean sheets, a mini fridge and a spacious private bathroom. It is really a comfortable place! Notice that there are two room types, we upgraded to the more expensive one after two nights. Sorry i didnt really take pictures of the accomodation, but from the cat i did :)

Negative: Only thing worth mentioning is the courtyard that has a weird smell sometimes, because of the tide that sweeps in some trash wich stays there in the sun, while low tide. But you wont notice the smell inside your room, even if you leave the sliding doors open!
