Positive: The beach in front of the hotel is excellent. I rented a SUP board to reach the nearby island where I snorkeled the reef, and it was fun. The staff are awesome and locally friendly. The food is superb.

Negative: The water in the B10 room has a very weak flow, and it has not been solved.

Positive: Wonderful resort. We had a room beach front, just 20-30 meters from the water's edge, in the night was pleasant falling asleep with the sound of the waves on the beach. The beach is probably the best of the island. The room is cleaned every day (the towels are changed daily but the sheets didn't, we stayed 5 nights). The staff has been very friendly and lovely with our baby and us. They also helped me to fix a wheel of my trolley bag that was broken durung the transfer.

Negative: Some facilities and services in the resort were not available, staff told us that werer closed because of low season, but it was not declared before, when booking the services were declared to be available. Some stuff in the room was quite broken, when rainning strong some water come inside from the windows, but they were working to renew the bungalows near to our, so probably they will renew also our.

Summary: Wonderful room beach-front, nice staff, very beautiful beach.

Positive: This is the best beach front location in Koh mak. not too crowd in rainy season. I love it. The staffs are very nice. The bar got P'Wan, one of the best bartender you ever know, please try her drinks. she is lovely. The food also very good with reasonable price. I love this place so much.

Positive: The very warm and friendly staff were SO welcoming, helpful and lovely. It was super clean with staff working hard daily to keep the beach, gardens and surroundings tidy and clean. The location was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I loved the family atmosphere among the staff and really felt happy to support Ko Mak's Trash Hero community project - LOVE the care taken to reduce ecological impact on Ko Mak.

Positive: Staff was amazingly kind, the location is unbeatable in the island

Negative: It has definitely seen better days, must have been beautiful in its heyday but the lack of maintenance shows clearly, neither the pool, gardens nor the rooms have had good maintenance in a long time.
