Positive: Beautiful room with amazing surroundings! Value for money was exceptional. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and the gym was great!

Negative: Local stray dogs like to hang around outside the grounds at night-time.

Summary: Wonderful experience from start to finish! Will definitely stay again!

Positive: From the very beginning when I arrived, the owner Kerstin and manager Peak were extremely helpful and kind. They assisted me immediately with any questions or concerns I had. The property is located very close to a lovely beach with sunset views and a wonderful sushi restaurant. The grounds are lush with tropical plants and trees, which provides homes for the most lovely and melodious birds. I enjoyed the ambiance provided by the nature so much. The swimming pool is also fantastic. The room itself was very well decorated with artworks and very comfortable furnishings. Everything is well maintained and kept clean by the attentive staff. I was delighted with the four days I enjoyed there:)

Negative: Nothing to complain about at all.

Positive: A beautiful, beautiful hotel. The room was gorgeous and charming, and so stylishly furnished, comfortable enough for a long stay, and with a view overlooking the whole island. It was magnificent. The staff were warm and welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Motorbike rental is available at the property. We wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend!

Positive: From the staff to the location, this place was a real treat to me. I Have got the best room of the hotel with the stunning view all over the island. The manager gave me a good discount on it as it was low season and made sure I was happy to everything on the offer. The staff were all friendly and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was having a good time on the island. She sent me suggestions on where to eat or drink or swim. The interior is the rooms is curated with such a good taste and the garden is extremely well Looked after. There is even a gym, a yoga Shala and a gorgeous pool to relax. I arrived thinking I wouldn’t wanna spent so much time on a such quiet island, but after 2 days I started making plans to actually move there!! Koh Mak is a Thai Gem! Thank you good time team for all your care and effort in making my trip wonderful 🥰

Negative: While the location of the accommodation was delightful, I found the interior design and furnishings of the room to be a bit underwhelming. The overall ambiance, particularly in the bathroom, felt slightly gloomy, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the price, my expectations were somewhat higher. I hope this feedback can be used to enhance the experience for future guests. Additionally, the cleanliness and housekeeping services were somewhat inconsistent. Despite staying for six days, the cleaning schedule was unpredictable, and at times, our requests for cleaning were not accommodated as expected.

Positive: If you're looking for a well located apartment with a beautiful sea view and colourful garden in front of your terrace, this is your place :) I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the amazing view over the bay. The landlord (Kerstin) is a real darling and does everything she can to create a wonderful atmosphere.
