Positive: the front desk is really friendly and helpful, from the doorman to front desk are all nice. helping us send the luggages to the room. love that they have free shuttle bus to Kobe city area, so we can have nice shopping and diner threre.
Negative: the sounds from sink in quite noisy.

Positive: The hotel room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel and had a balcony. The restaurant on the 30th floor had amazing views of Kobe and the food was great.
Negative: The rooms were a little old fashioned The staff to book in the pool/buffet deal were very awkward and seemed that they didn't want to let foreign guests book in. They were not flexible at all and the only reason why we managed to book was that my wife is fluent in Japanese.

Positive: The room was super clean and bright, the bed was really comfortable and also the structure in general was super well kept and had a lot of extra services.
Negative: The bathroom was a little "vintage" and we would have loved to have breakfast in the hotel but the prices were a little bit over the top for our personal opinion. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the station and back every day.

Positive: The shuttle bus was very convenient. Makes traveling out or returning to the hotel very pleasant. It's nice to return to a quiet environment away from the busy streets. Spacious room.
Negative: Although it is listed as facility, you need to pay for onsen, laundry and pool usage. Room lights are rather inflexible. Can't turn down certain lights for the night.
Summary: Pleasant stay but facilities fell short.
