Summary: The best hotel in Kobe. The only recommendation for improvement would be that the staff in the dining room should be better trained, considering their desired fine-dining aesthetic. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay as always.

Summary: wonderful staff, copious breakfast. room however was shabby with stained furnishings. torn blackout blinds, chipped and cracked frames on wall art. have stayed here many times and have never had such a poorly service room

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly satisfied with every aspect of our experience. We stayed for four nights in a City View room, and everything—from the location to the service and the breakfast—was excellent. The staff were professional and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely visit again on our next trip. Highly recommended.
