Positive: Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.
Negative: Would suggest that they supply at least two luggage racks in room to make it easier to handle the luggage.
Summary: A lovely hotel with a very special ambience. Staff very helpful. Location very good.
