Positive: The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for visiting our relative in the nearby hospital. There were comfortable lounges to sit in. There is also a nice pool and spa.

Positive: Situated in lovely grounds, really enjoyed sitting in the garden.

Negative: Disappointed with food from restaurant- we ordered steak rare and duck and both came brown and dry, asked and they remade but then second steak fatty and still overdone and duck still not pink at all. All but the meat was nice but we spoke with staff and they refunded. Customer service was good but the meat was poor. Also, jacuzzi wasn't working over in spa facilities which was annoying.

Positive: A slip mat in the bath room comfortable bed easy to use shower.

Negative: I had someone knock on my door twice which was annoying cracks in the walls.

Summary: I paid rather a high price was it worth it I'm gonna have to say no.

Positive: Have stayed before. Location was good for us. Breakfast was lovely. Staff in breakfast room very pleasant

Negative: The shower plug was blocked, which I didnt notice the water coming over the top until I had finished washing my hair. It took ages to go down and therefore my husband couldn't use the shower. I told the receptionist but she didnt seem surprised! So it was disappointing as my husband has a colostomy bag and likes to shower every night.
