Negative: That we needed the staff's help to meke the heater work, to turn on the water in the shower! And. Were disapointed that it was the restaurant's day off

Negative: We went to get supper but were told they were closing in 15 mins and wouldn't feed us. It was also hard getting suitcases up the stairs.

Positive: Close to city center, swlf-serve tea and coffee machine for guests in the hall with disposable cups to take with you on a walk and warm your hands. Quiet on the floors. Vintage design furniture. Wifi woeks great. The hotel is open 24/7

Negative: Very old and chipped. The room feels a bit dusty, certanly found some dust right on the bed headrest. Bathroom is in sorry state: paint is chipped everywhere on the doors and on the walls, both shampoo and soap dispencers are broken and the supplied soap and shampoo smell weird. The shampoo for a room for one is a cheapest possible men's 3 in one sports shampoo from like 2010s. It is also very small and the shower does not have a curtain of any kind, so the whole bathroom gets wet in the end. Although I suppose nobody uses kitchen besides the staff, it is quite chipped and somewhat dirty too

Negative: Reception staff not available in the morning. There was no assistance with booking a taxi. We had to walk to another hotel that gave excellent assistance.

Positive: Perfect location in the city centre. Very friendly receptionist. The room was rather small but clean and all was functional.
