Summary: Enjoyed proximity to the North Short area and OSU campus. Duplex didn't reach the high expectations we had based on photos, description and awards received. Low ceilings, creaky floorboards and narrow stairway to upstairs bedrooms with little closet space, no clothes dressers, and solo downstairs bathroom. Nice kitchen.

Summary: The house is a cool old Victorian just a couple blocks from from a a very bustling downtown area. I was in Columbus for a trade and this location was an easy walk to the convention center and plenty of bar/restaurants nearby.
