Summary: We stayed for 2 nights with some friends and our kiddos while we visited some attractions in Columbus. Super clean, beautiful space! Updated appliances and lots of little extras to make our stay special. Owners were really responsive. The only thing to note is that 2nd floor of the home was really warm, even with the heat turned off and 40 weather outside. Made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but overall we were really pleased with our stay.

Summary: Working with Christine from Rowe House exceeded my expectations. The house was bigger, nicer than the photos even show. Christine graciously arranged for us to hold a 90th birthday party in the house due to a last minute cancellation from the scheduled venue. This was an event saver. The entire house was so lovely more bedrooms than we even needed, everything was clean and tasteful with all the accessories. Ping-pong table even in the bedroom was an unexpected delight. Because it rained like crazy indoor space was perfect and we didn't even need the outdoor space. I'd have to look hard for any negative: the Wi-Fi speed was pretty slow at about 10 MB per second , we couldn't really use the code for the lock/unlock but didn't really need to because we had someone there almost always. Also, we didn't have trash bags, which did not end up presenting a problem. Thank you so much Christine and team!

Summary: The property was within walking distance of restaurants and shops, had parking and a nice outdoor space, and was well stocked with supplies. The hosts were very easy to contact and responsive. The only thing to consider is that it is on a fairly busy street. We didn't notice at all during the day, but if you are sensitive to noise at night, it is something you should consider.

Summary: We stayed in this house so we could be close to the James. We were happy to find a beautiful house that was well stocked with all the things we found need. The house is within walking distance to High St. which has every type of restaurant you could hope for. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay again.

Summary: Rowe Rentals does a good in communicating with VRBO guests before and during the stay. They are friendly and accommodating. The rental was clean and appliances well maintained. I would rent from Rowe again.
