Summary: We stay at a VRBO at least once a year. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. We rented this place for the backyard privacy. We watched college and pro football from the pool….which was perfect. The outdoor TV can be watched from the pool or hot tub. It is in a nice neighborhood and the backyard gives you all the quiet time you need. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you need to cook any meals. Overall it is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would rented again if we are in the Scottsdale area.

Summary: Wonderful home and area. We stayed at this property for 10 days during the Christmas holiday. It was like stepping into a winter wonderland. The entire subdivision was decorated for Christmas.Our visit was for medical reasons and the proximity to the Mayo Clinc can’t be beat. Very well appointed home with all the necessary essentials and then some. The outdoor area is amazing and being able to relax outside was wonderful. I would stay at this property agin without second thought.
