Positive: Lovely building and environment. They have good food and drinks available throughout the day. Would be very walkable to the best bits of the city if not for the pouring rain!

Negative: Fitted bedsheets in the double rooms need to be bigger as they detach very easily from the corners.

Positive: 11/10! I staid two weeks instead of two nights, like I had first planned. Nancy, the hostess, is amazing and super generous. She invited me to try her homemade drinks and to her friend's birthday party at the hostel. She is also very knowledgeable about touristic things in the area and helped me find information about specific locations several times. The hostel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the central square. There are a few small shops just next to the hostel if you need and the street is very quiet at night. The room and bed is comfy, there are shared spaces and a small shared kitchen (in the back of the garden). There is a big courtyard and small garden, perfect for travellers with dogs (like me). The shared bathroom and toilet was always clean and the water in the shower was hot. The different breakfasts (for an extra fee) were delicious! Thanks/gracias/merci for a wonderful stay :)

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Chachapoyas! The house was clean, spacious, and had such a welcoming vibe. Nancy makes the best food - the focaccia and oat porridge were definite highlights for us! She helped us organize tours and even a private guide, which made everything so easy. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and drove us to the bus terminal when we left. The music and atmosphere in the reception/kitchen were always great, and the sweet dogs on the property made it feel even more like home. Highly recommended!

Positive: Great hotel that also offers help with tours and private transport as well. Amazing breakfast with homemade freshly baked bread (host is also a baker) and good food for lunch and dinner (burgers, pizza, focaccia). We had two wonderful days here and got to know the lovely hosts as well. Very friendly and I highly recommend staying here.
