Positive: Very nice staff, family like atmosphere! The hostel itself is perfect, big rooms, comfortable beds and nice view from the window with small balcony. If you stay in the dorm there is still a perfect spot on the rooftop where you can enjoy your coffee and meet up with people. The staff is very helpful with either organizing the trips you want or advising how best you can do it on your own. Chachapoyas itself and areas around are perfect for hikes and visiting different cultural sites as well. Very recommended!

Positive: Pretty 4-story house with lots of plants and a rooftop. Staff is friendly and hostel provides tours. The dorms have the best beds with hotel like thick mattresses and a clean and modern bathroom. Wifi is reliable too. I highly recommend staying there!
