Positive: Not too far from the metro, but can take tram 15 if you have heavy luggage. Grocery store nearby, kitchenette very handy to have, bed was comfortable. Hotel is on the 10th floor. There is 24-hour security downstairs. I had to ask the guard where the reception was as there is no sign, or at least no sign that I could read.

Summary: Great value and comfort. I'd stay here again. Thank you.
