Positive: The staff at the reception! All very helpful and ready to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Clean, warm room, all utilities running.

Negative: The air alerts by the hotel staff are very loud in each standard room. Perhaps an announcement in the hallway would be sufficient, not in the room itself. Standard rooms have only a small round coffee table, not suitable for working. They are also not equipped with a kettle and cups, so having a cup of hot tea is not for all, although tea is such a basic treat everywhere you go in Ukraine (however the reception staff might be very nice to find some for you:)

Positive: Very clean room, also we extra towels from staff due to our request. Very comfy, we stayed during black out in Kyiv, but everything was available Great bad for sweet dreams

Positive: Staff were exceptionally helpful. I had mentioned that I was reuniting with my wife after several months being apart and they helped me surprise her with a complementary fruit plate and bottle of bubbly. We were also able to check in early, and leave our bags with the staff at reception. They really went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much.

Negative: Water wasn’t working when we first arrived, but that was as a result of the Russian aggression and bombings, due in no part to shortcomings on behalf of the hotel or hotel staff. Sadly, it is the reality of being in an active war zone. Still, the water outage lasted only a few hours. The resilience of the Ukrainian people is truly impressive.

Summary: Wonderful couple of days with my wife in a beautiful and clean hotel with staff that went the extra kilometer to ensure

Positive: The hotel is in a superb location with good transport connectivity. The staff are kind, facilitative and friendly. There is a laundry room, and at the moment, there is no charge for using it. The hotel is spotlessly clean. There is a good vibe here. Oh; and the food is superb too

Summary: Absolutely excellent. Hard to find a better hotel, anywhere.
