Positive: Great location behind the main road and not far from the beach at all, less than a 5min walk. Same for the bus station, it is very close (stop at Police Station), we walked with our suitcase and it was easily accessible. Many restaurants and cafes around. The person at the reception desk spoke some English which made things easier, and was very helpful in checking the bus schedule for us when the typhoon arrived on our departure day.

Negative: We were told breakfast was brought up to the room but in fact no, you have to come down and get it yourself, then go eat in the bedroom, maybe some miscommunication there. It was a sandwich or cold burger with fried onion or fries on the side (cold again), tea and water provided.

Summary: Great location between night market and beach. Nice large rooms. Bus station super close.

Positive: Very near main Kenting Road, where shops and night market are. Owner is friendly and helpful. She arranged us a wonderful snorkeling outing with taxi service when we requested. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Elevator and breakfast with drink provided. Near bus stop to visit Eluanbi (Kenting bus 9188/ 9189 arrives every half hour but you need to wave it down).

Negative: Street signs to property was hard to find around first. If taking the Kenting bus 9189/9188, drop off at Police substation and walk against the traffic 80m. Walk into a very tiny lane Tonghai (after Cosmed store with orange signage) then turn left immediately (5 metres) into a smaller lane to get to hotel 10 metres ahead.
