Positive: They made an amazing breakfast every morning, which was such a great way to start the day. The location is perfect—close enough to easily walk to the beach and explore the downtown area, with plenty of places to grab food nearby. The lady who works here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and she truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Staying here felt more like visiting a good friend’s home than a typical hotel, with warm hospitality and a comfortable atmosphere. I would 200% recommend staying here and would happily come back again!

Positive: Super friendly owners, family run hotel. Amazing vibes and home cooked healthy breakfast. Air con was well functioning so no issues with the hot weather. Very spacious rooms and big beds. Repeat customers say it all. For those racing Ironman, it is perfectly situated on the run course and a short walk to the start/finish/Expo, plus all the night market just 30 seconds away (the hotel is hidden away from the hustle and bustle on the main street so is very quiet).

Negative: Nothing - a stay that is too short! Perhaps internet was a bit slow but bearable...

Positive: Miss Lin sisters run the He Sen Hotel and provide in-house car rental services on arrival, that made huge difference for my leisure in Ken Ding. Big sister Lin drove me four hours around the island covering the top attractions more than I planned. I truly felt traveling like a local and enjoyed chatting with Miss Lin.
