Positive: Friendly staff, clean, quite close to restaurants and train station!

Negative: Bed was too small for tall people. Pillows were too hard. Very small space. I could sit on the bed and touch both walls. Barely had room on the floor to open my suitcase!

Positive: Clean, nice view on the city as I got room on the higher floor. All the needed stuff was provided. Room was clean, towels changed every day. Room cleaning as is standard in such hotels in Japan is every 3rd day

Negative: A little bit noisy as it was located alongside busy crossing

Positive: Short walk from Tokyo Station and Kanda Station, very convenient to get to the places you want to go explore. Very clean and quiet neighbourhood. I visited in August and Tokyo is extremely hot and humidity - the hotel room was nice a cool made recovery from the days adventurers comfortable. The Laundry Mat in the hotel was very convenient and fast - cost ¥600 to wash and dry

Positive: Great location. A little walk to Tokyo Station. The room and hotel was very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The laundry room was a plus and much appreciated.

Negative: Be prepared for quite a small room. But I was a solo traveler so the room space was just right.
