Summary: Big fan of MO- used to love MO in HK. First time try MO in Tokyo. It was satisfying experience but still feels like missing something- not big but small. Always friendly great staff and food options are always top notch. Room definitely needs to be renovated. Other than that it was another great MO experience.

Summary: Our stay was perfect - I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. I checked out twice - paid my bill the night before leaving and next morning the day we left. We had a light in-room breakfast since we left early. A couple of days later I received an e-mail from room service asking me for 36.000 extra yens that they forgot to charge me. I am still on vacation but I think that this is very unprofessional from their part. That is not good customer service at all specially for the price I paid !
