Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean home. We enjoyed having a private swimming pool and everyone slept comfortably. It was super convenient to be able to get in and out of the river just down a sidewalk and some steps from the house; can’t beat it!

Summary: Our stay here was so enjoyable. Everything was just as represented, we didn't want for anything, it was a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of extras like toilet paper, towels, etc. and very clean. Access to the river was so easy, we went upriver and dropped off those that wanted to float and they had a nice one-hour float and just climbed out at the condo. The pool was perfect for the kids. We hope to return again sometime. Thanks for sharing it!

Summary: I found everything exceptional, Cleanliness, Furnishings, etc. These five Town Homes are probably the nicest accommodations in all of New Braunfels! Only negative is the neighborhood, which was a bit run down but felt safe. Constructive house Critique would be that it's time for a better Coffee Maker and that the Master Bedroom was very hard to keep cool. Other than that, the house is wonderful and still the best choice in the area!

Summary: The property was as advertised. Plenty of room in the house and outside. The only downside was we were led to believe we could park on the street and then we found out we could not. We worked it out and got all of our cars parked. Kim was great to work with.

Summary: Booked due to location and it did not disappoint. Our unit was right next to access to Comal River. You walk down a small path to some stairs that lead right into River. It’s a great location to be put upriver and then float down to get out or just hang out as it’s about waist deep. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with fully stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfy. The personal pool in the backyard is just big enough to cool off and the the supplies floats was a nice surprise. Close to everything and super chic with key details makes it def a place we would book again.
