Positive: Location and view was amazing. Basic but immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and the evening meals were fantastic. Very healthy portions. We were looked after very well. Fantastic hosts.

Negative: Water pressure was a bit inconsistent. Appreciate water is scarce on the islands but if there was set times that are best for showers. That could be mentioned but a small detail.

Summary: Great place to chill and sit on the quiet beach. Great local food and very fresh fish. Be warned, Christmas Eve parties

Positive: We had a really lovely stay, the location is really nice, just a short walk up from the beach and towncenter, and the view from the terrace is amazing. The owner is friendly and attentive, and helped us whenever we had a question or concern. The food is also really nice, freshly prepared and with local products. We’ll definitely be back!

Positive: Really good place, in the middle of the village. Meals are perfect with good quantities. The view is also magical, and can provide you the rare opportunity to see whales ! Something you don’t want to miss ! The owner is really nice, and will provide you good advices.

Positive: Exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished place, run by the kind and knowledgable Evandro. With only the ocean waves in our ears we slept peacefully and awoke to a delicious breakfast. Evandro also made banging Caipirinhas with local Grogue, which we enjoyed watching the stunning sunset over the Tarrafal bay, chatting to some other lovely guests. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Positive: All the meals I had were very delicious, Amelia is an excellent cook! Also loved the terrace, where you can relax looking at the amazing view of both mountains and the sea.

Summary: An excellent place to stay in Tarrafal! The host is very welcoming and helpful :)
