Positive: Perfect villa, friendly host, clean place with big garden and barbeque outside which you can use it. There is also parking provided. The location is a bit far from the Nikiti beach, but if you are in Nikiti, I recommend visiting beaches with car, which are 15-20 min drive from the villa. Overall, the place is perfect and I really recommend this villa. Will go there again for sure.

Positive: Our stay was Beautiful. The hosts are so kind. They borrowed toys so the kids would play. We got clean towels. We really enjoyed our stay. I would totally reccomand other families to book here. We had apsolutely everything a family needs for a vacation. I would totally come here again.

Positive: The hosts were respectful and they treated us with kindness and understanding. The location is in a quiet zone, while there we had a relaxing time. The fact that you have a special barbeque area with sunshade ( roof ), table with chairs was a big plus. I've also used it several times for reading. The barbeque area had every utensil that you need. The apartment had 2 ( two ) bedrooms, a open space kitchen and living room and one bathroom. We were given fresh clean towels, which were changed when we needed them to be. With the towels, we also received new clean bed sheets. The living room and one bedroom have air conditioning. The kitchen was fully stocked: tableware, plates, glasses, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, sandwich maker, water boiler, coffee machine, electrical stove with oven, washing machine, hair drier, ironer ( to "iron" the clothes ) ( it has everything you need ) . The living room had a TV which had internet and you could freely access Netflix and YouTube. The windows and the door had "mosquito sieves". The windows had fold-able blinds. The internet was actually great. There was always hot water, and the temperature of the shower water was adjustable. For those interested, Lidl and 2 other big Greek supermarkets were just 5 minutes away with the car. Keep in mind that the beach is about 10-15 minutes away at a walking distance; for us this wasn't an issue.
Summary: Quiet. Clean. Relaxing. Pleasant. Awesome facilities.

Positive: The hosts are an exceptionally welcoming couple that make you feel at home and are always ready to accommodate any requests (incl. providing washing powder). We also had the entire yard (and the fig trees) at our disposal, which is great when you have kids.
Negative: Travelers must be aware that there's a single bathroom, which can be a little uncomfortable if there's more than one family.
