Positive: The house was equipped with everything that you need. Not just the house but also the yard has everything that you need including barbecue utensils. Mr Costa and his wife are amazing hosts. The location is great and it is very quiet. Amazing view from the house and huge terrace. Also, it was very clean. Overall amazing experience.

Positive: Our hosts Kostas and Despina are amazing. They are living downstairs and they are renting the upper floor. Everything was very clean. There is AC unit in one of the bedrooms. Another one in living room.

Negative: There was no third bedroom, as stated. If we were three families, one of us had to sleep in the kitchen/living room. And the hosts live in the house. On the bellow floor, but still. We share the same garden. It was not described.

Positive: Everything was perfect, Kostas and his wife are amazing! Very nice, kind, gentle and thoughtful, they even brought us breakfast one morning and gifted the little girl in our group a beach toy! At the end of our stay they gave us little souvenir gifts, such a wonderful attitude, really highly appreciated! The house is really clean and has everything one might need - great kitchen with all utilities in perfect working condition, big fridge, clean bedsheets, fresh towels frequently, house cleaning if needed, bathrooms well-lit, hot water, air conditioning, great terrace with wonderful view above the whole Nikiti, huge living room, great WiFi. Location is just far enough so you have the best peace and quiet and still the city center is just 15mins by foot, which is a much needed and easy enough walk after a big dinner. Parking spots in front of house fit two medium sized cars. Great garden with the most delicious homegrown apricots, ready-to-grill barbecue and even a hammock. 11/10, would definitely go back!

Negative: Nothing to dislike, shame we stayed only one week!
