Positive: Beautiful resort where you can have kosher food . The room was cosy and comfortable. We were at the spa and it was clean and nice. The view is incredible. All the room was clean. Services was efficient.

Negative: It is noticed the effort on the kosher food but you need to elevate the level compared to the resort. This dissonance is creating the bad reviews in my opinion. It is not that the food is bad. It's even ok and we were very happy about it. It's just that you are coming to a luxury resort so you have expectations. A few advices: 1. Smelly odor from kitchen form the oil. Make sure to make it disappear 2. Make the service looks professional with people actually in hotel uniform. 3. Make the decoration look like the hotel, it was cold and not very nice 4. Breakfast should be a buffet with real dairy products. Not cheese no butter no real dairy products. I was really missing. 5. No room service for kosher food 6. Bring a real chef for this restaurant

Positive: Location by diamond bridge

Negative: This is not a 5 star resort. It lacks the quality of finish to be 5* in so many ways. Broken pavements, curtains that dont fully cover the windows, lots of unfriendly staff, lots of flies around the breakfast due to doors being wide open next to the food, the pool was only luke warm. I could go on.

Summary: Over priced for what you get.

Positive: The resort is presented on Instagram as a perfect place for kids, just an hour and a half from Tbilisi, with lots of slides and attractions. In reality, the location is quite disappointing – there’s nothing to do in the area, the views are among the least impressive in Georgia, half of the facilities weren’t working, and the other half are not suitable for children under eight.

Negative: It's not suitable for younger children under eight there is nothing for them to do there

Summary: It's a beautiful new resort but not at all worth the money and the drive
