Negative: Worth noting: the Kassland amusement park is fairly close and can be heard a little during opening hours when sitting outside on the terrace. Not a major issue unless you expect to only hear the quiet sound of nature.

However, there was a strong smell of mildew in the room that did not go away during our stay, which slightly affected the overall comfort.
