Summary: The room was spotless. Fantastic there was a fan as the weather was amazing and the fan was needed. Staff was very friendly sly and helpful. Always got parked outside the b&b no matter what time of day or night it was. Will def be back.

Summary: Had a restful stay at Karema. Owners are wonderful & responsive. It's a B&B with parking, within 10-15 minutes of most attractions on the promenade. I was in a small ensuite double which had a wardrobe, table lights, fan, chair, table, foot stool, mini fridge, TV, kettle, tea & coffee, towels and toiletries provided in the room. Hot cooked breakfast in the morning, made to order. Only area to improve is that the bathroom door didn't slide shut completely and had an inch gap.

Summary: We had a lovely stay! Liz was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, making a lovely cooked breakfast! The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touch with the fresh milk 👌 The location is close enough to walk into town or walk along the coast. There was not enough room to fit on the car park but there was plenty of roadside parking available which was free. We will definatly stay again!

Summary: The Karema is a perfect place to stay, Liz and Ian are great and attentive to the needs of their guests. The rooms are spotless with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is available for 3 cars but plenty of street parking is also available. I stay in Skegness on a regular basis and this will now always be my preferred choice.

Summary: I stayed here for one night i have to say was the best hotel ive stayed in yet at skegness fantastic staff very freindly gave me brilliant instuctions for the room and parking and the breakfast was lovely ill defantly be staying agen 10 out of 10 for me

Summary: Lovely fresh breakfast cooked to order, as much as you want, from a full English to muesli, fresh orange juice tea and coffee, short 7 minute walk to the centre, Liz was very welcoming and went above and beyhond to make us welcome. We will stay again soon

Summary: This place was lovely to stay. Great friendly owners, The rooms were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast was great freshly made to your order and the location was great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Summary: Had a single room, brilliant room with tea and coffee. Bed was comfy with a tv in room shower and toilet ensuite. Breakfast very nice and owners very nice
