Lovely, freshly refurbished 4 bedroom house with big garden in central of Skegness with in 5 min walk to the beach and town.
On site parking for 3 regular size cars.
There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor.
Bedroom one is a master bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined to the one super king size bed.
Bedroom two has got a double bed which can be split to two single beds and a large sofa bed.
Bedroom three an four has got 2 single beds which can be joined to the one super king size bed.
Upon a request we offer a baby cot and a high chair.
There is an upstairs bathroom with shower, bath, hand basin and a toilet, soap, body shampoo provided.
In the downstairs living room is a large double fold out sofa bed comfortable for 2 people and specious single sofa bed.
The kitchen: open plan kitchen, dining area with the table for 10 people and breakfast bar with sitting for 4.
There is a washing machine, dry machine, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen and dining wear we think you could need.
Also downstairs is second bathroom with toilet, shower and a hand basin and also there is a third bathroom with toilet and a hand basin for a guests.
Outside area: dinning table and chairs for 10 , extra large rustic gazebo area sheltering a large modern hot tub with rattan furniture set for 10 people with coffee tables creating the ideal place to really lay back and relax. Also there is a large games room with TV.

Summary: We had a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) stay for a long weekend and Beresford cottage was the perfect base for our stay, just a short walk to Skegness town centre. The house itself was a really good size and spotlessly clean. Facilities and provisions left were ideal as well. The whole property was brilliant but the real star is the outside space. Really good sized garden, plenty of comfortable seating and games room with fridge. The hot tub was of course the winner for everybody in our party. We all had a wonderful stay and hope to return again. Thank you very much to Magda & Michael for being such attentive hosts as well!

Summary: We had an amazing holiday! The hosts were very informative and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. They left daily surprises, which added a delightful touch to the experience, and even themed the house, making it so much fun. The house itself was lovely—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it!

Summary: Magda was so helpful from start to finish, communication was fantastic, anything I needed all I had to do was text and I got a message back within minutes. She catered for me and nine others, nothing was too much for her, the place was spotless and clean and there were little gifts left for us. Genuinely the nicest place I have ever stayed in a very long time. Will definitely be back

Summary: The facilities were brilliant both in and out the house. More than enough toilets and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Lovely Bedding. Lovely furnishings and floorings. Everything was clean and worked well. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets all provided! We didn’t want for anything. Age range 7-70 and everyone was happy and entertained, from air hockey to a very special treasure hunt which we all enjoyed. The hosts brought us extra treats every day. The hosts were amazing so friendly etc

Summary: Our family of 11 stayed at this property and its the best house we've stayed at. So clean and spacious and brilliant for children of all ages. On rainy days it was fantastic the kids could go and play in the big outside games room and hot tub which was so clean. We had hours of fun in it. We was left little gifts everday by the owners which was so thoughtful and lovely. We never had to wait to use bathrooms as there's 3 toilets and 2 showers and a bath. The location of the property was brilliant 5 minute walk to skegness town and tesco, home bargains and morrisons all within 5 mins walking. Can't wait to book again 🙂
