Positive: I loved the sociable nature of the place, the people staying and the interactions. It was all very Zambian and I loved that. I liked the rooms. The bed and the outside space. I felt welcomed.

Negative: Power cuts in Ndola made it difficult during my stay and there were issues which impacted the water and the hot water wasn’t up to much most of the time. That said it was largely outside of the owners control.

Summary: If you want to experience Zambia then stay here.

Positive: It was very clean. The WiFi worked great. The English breakfast was tasty. 2 eggs, bread butter and coffee. The rooms were clean, bed sheets clean, smelled great. After staying in many hotels I can tell there is a lot of care for the property. It is a family run hotel so they take great care of the rooms and property. I enjoyed my stay. And staff was kind.

Negative: The only downside was the electricity situation. Zambia has a huge electricity issue and only gets power 4 hours. Day. So there were power outages when the solar power ran out. Not the property’s fault. Although a generated would help greatly this issue.

Summary: First time in Africa.from the usa. Loved my stay here would highly recommend and i will stay here again
