Positive: Location was perfect as it was right next to the international airport, hence I was able to catch my early morning flight. The staff were very helpful, and the host was amazing. I would highly recommend Muka Staytel as the premium destination of choice for all Ndola travellers.

Negative: I would have loved to use their swimming pool, but it was raining, so maybe next time.

Positive: This is a large, quiet, very clean and very comfortable place to stay with great beds. We especially appreciated solar for lights and charging devices - very important given Zambia’s electricity cuts. We were welcomed by the woman who cleans and she made sure to show us everything about the property. It is a great place to stay.

Negative: Nothing - it was all great.

Positive: I liked that there was a gas cooker to enable me to cook at any time, especially since I was traveling with children and there is currently power rationing in the country.

Negative: Backup power didn't last as long as the duration of the main power blackout so that was very inconveniencing. The geyser was affected and i do really like cold showers.

Summary: My stay was awesome. The caretakers were very helpful and responsive.
