Positive: The room was so clean, and so well decorated! Nice little touches throughout that you just don't find in regular hotels anymore. I typically stray away from hotels with exterior doors, but I was so happy with this one! It had three locks, so I felt very safe. It was such a great feeling of home away from home! Even little hershey kisses with a note of welcome. Again, you just don't find that kind of hopspitality and comfort anymore.

Negative: While the staff was very nice and friendly, the guy at the front desk during check in was wearing a t-shirt with holes in it, it felt a little unprofessional and made me second guess staying there. Having said that, he was very helpful and friendly.

Summary: Breath of fresh air - Hospitality is not lost!
