Positive: The facility was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, too. It was very quiet and we had no problem sleeping.

Negative: I couldn't find the ice bucket and cups in the room. They were on the bottom shelf of the entertainment center. When I called the front desk, she was a little short on the phone by saying "Don't you see them on the bottom shelf"? Obviously I didn't, or I wouldn't have called. I feel if they were placed somewhere more noticeable would be more beneficial. I also couldn't find the ice machine. It would be beneficial to have signs posted so you know. After I did the chat, I found out they were on the first and third floor.

Negative: Emailed in advance and was promised a first floor room but when we arrived there weren’t any available. No apologies just they were already taken.

Positive: The room was large enough for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lovely woman who attended the breakfast gave us great recommendations for places to take our three children. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and clean.

Negative: The lighting in the rooms were white light, not warm light. Just not my cup of tea. Otherwise everything was great!
