Positive: The privacy is good but the walls a bit thin so don't be surprised by the phone ringing and ppl speaking loudly. At least no smoking on the grounds with lots of warning signs and also warning for FINE if the place has scents of smoke or foul smelling.

Negative: The bathroom towel rack is rusty. No bathroom slippers provided.
