Positive: Everything! The manager and her team at this hotel were all fantastic! Super friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and clean. The hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing. And the food was delicious!

Positive: Fantastic Japanese half board menu in authentic Ryokan. We were spoilt with the attentive service and extent of traditional Japanese dishes provided by the hotel. Every meal felt like a feast.
