Positive: Only attributes of this accommodation were the beautiful design of the apartment and the convenient location very close to the old centre. Very easy self check in/out experience with clear instructions which were promptly communicated by the host. However, any other attempt at communication was completely ignored. For the price one pays for this apartment, you'd expect more ...

Negative: As mentioned above, absolutely no reply to any of the messages we sent the host. Apartment is loud: bedroom is by the main street so you always hear the traffic. Bring earplugs! However, this wasn't the biggest issue regarding noise in the only bedroom available :) the wall opposite the bed features a door directly connected to the apartment next door (see uploaded picture), which was also rented/inhabited at the time of our stay. Even if said door was of course locked, this was not enough to 1. keep the noise away and 2. give us peace of mind that we have total privacy and security in the bedroom where we sleep. Other issues: bathroom smelled of sewage, water pressure for the shower was non-existent, only available AC unit is all the way in the kitchen (long way from the bedroom if you want it cooled), only 2 coffee pods available in the kitchen for a full weekend stay for 2 people, pillows were not the comfiest (very lumpy). I realize some of the grievances raised in this review may seem minor to some, but we have to take the price we paid for this accommodation into consideration. We'd expect this level of comfort from a budget stay but since this was one of the highest priced apartments available in the centre, we assumed our stay would also be a top experience. How wrong were we. Would definitely not recommend this property!

Positive: Great appartment, renovated in an old Romanian house. Located next to the Brasov square and all the tourists attractions. You can not go wrong.

Negative: If you are by car, you can stop on the garage entrance to unload the luggage. Parking could be a challenge, but down the street there is a great private parking to keep you car.

Positive: Location is good, only 100 m from town square, in the middle of the historical city. Furniture was nice, apartment is quite spacious, very well compartmented . Host was very well prepared with instructions and accommodates our requests - thanks for this

Negative: The fact that there was only 1 AC in the kitchen , insuficient for the whole apartment. Temperature becomes very hot in the night and couldn't sleep well because of this (it was however a hot week). You could not keep windows open for cooling either because it faces a very buys and noisy street (so the solution might be adding a 2nd AC in the bedroom)

Positive: The fit out of the apartment is ideal - modern and full of character. It is really quiet and peaceful at night while being located in the heart of the old town. The check-in time is 4pm but the host was very accommodating.

Negative: The shower water temperature wasn't consistent and the exhaust wasn't working. This was minor and we didn't report it.
