Positive: Great place. Probably the best I've stayed in Brasov so far. Kudos to the management for very late evening last second booking. Very responsive. Fast and smooth. Great room, silent , warm, comfortable and squeaky clean. And right behind the main shopping street in town center . Free coffee , decent quality, great morning boost.

Negative: Nothing to comment, it's a newly renovated property and everything it's just great.

Positive: A lovely room in a cosy little place in a central part of town. I was delighted that the heating came on several times a day as it was suddenly pretty cold. The shared kitchen has lots of crockery and cutlery (but I didn't like it that others left dirty mugs in the sink). I never met any staff but they messaged regularly to check everything was OK.

Negative: It would have been useful if the accommodation had told me how to find it and that it was self checkin. My taxi couldn't find it, and when we eventually did, he dropped me off at a sign saying Dallure but there was only an arrow pointing down an alley. I asked at a coffee shop there and they indicated I needed to go through another door beside them, which was thankfully open. When I reached a door saying Dallure, I was confronted with a keypad. I'd had no information telling me this would be the case. I had to download and activate an eSIM to message the property. When I did, I discovered they'd just sent me a message with PIN codes and details of key collection. They really need to warn you in advance that this is how you get in.

Positive: We rented 3 apartments and all of them were spotless clean, modern and nicely decorated. Easy to get in and out and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was always available and the communication was straight forward. It was close to the old centre and Tampa. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Negative: A broom could be useful there or maybe it was but we didn’t see it.
