Positive: From the moment we book, communication was wonderful. Marko reached out almost immediately to confirm everything and that should we have any questions or request, to let him know ... and this level of service and wanting to ensure a pleasant stay continued. Geniunely could not have wished for a better stay. The hotel is ideally located for people wanting to visit Split with it being just a short drive (Uber) away and meaning that you can easily drop in but then come away for total peace and quiet. The hotel is immaculate. The room we had was spotless, incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom looked like it had recently been upgraded ... that is how new and clean it looked! Marko and all made us feel incredibly welcome. Strobreč is a wonderful village with harbour, beaches and plenty of choice for food and drink. Genuinely could not have wished for more. Marko ... you are a STAR! We WILL return!

Positive: Our Stay at Kasa Rooms 1 was the greatest stay we ever had. The basics (cleanliness, staff, comfort, ect.) are all very good. We were happy about the location - first we wanted to book in Split City Center, but we are so happy that we booked this hotel instead. The hotel is near Split City Center but it’s a lot closer to nice beaches and is not so very crowded. The main reason why we loved our stay and why we really really recommend this hotel is the host, Marko. He went above and beyond to help made our stay at wonderfull as it was. The breakfast was very good. Marko helped us with the planing of our daytrips and he gave us insider infos - eg. about where to park and what to see, whats worth visiting and what we could skip. We stayed at the hotel 8 nights and we would have loved to stay longer. It really was one of the best hotels we have ever visited.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Positive: We had the most incredible stay at Kaša Rooms over the past 3 days. The accomodation was perfect for a busy 3 days in and around split. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped. The best part of it all was the hospitality by Marko and his family! Although we weren’t around much, they made an effort in every department to make us feel looked after. From takeaway breakfasts at the last minute, to asking after our previous day with precise detail. Their generosity left us chatting about them after every interaction. We can’t recommend Kaša Rooms enough! Thank you for having us, and should we be back, there will be no hesitation to stay with you again.
