Positive: Near to everything you need. Nice quiet beach with great café. Beautiful surroundings. Good restaurants. Little outside of Split, but very easy to take a Uber if you like more stores and clubs. We are a family with three children in different ages (9-16) and everobody was happy and pleased. Host Ivana helps you with everything you need, from tips on were the taxi should drop you of in town til if anything should be missing in the apartment. (But we didnt miss anything).
Summary: Five star plus for our stay in beautiful Stobrec and Villa Mares! Host Ivana is extremly helpful.

Positive: I don’t normally review properties but I feel it’d be a crime not to review this one. We arrived at the property very late in the night, all restaurants and supermarkets were closed, but our host Ivana took me in her own car and drove me to a lovely late night restaurant just so I could order some food. Never had a host so genuinely kind like her before, she really cares for the wellbeing of her customers. The property itself is located in a favourable location, spacious parking space, only 2 minutes walk from the beach in a very quite and peaceful neighbourhood. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning, but I was nothing short of impressed with how spotlessly clean and tidy her property was. Everything 10 out of 10. If you’re planing a trip to Split, Ivana is your go to host. Can’t recommend her well enough. I will certainly come back in the near future.

Positive: We loved everything. We were travelling with a family of 4 (including one 2 year old baby). The apartment had literally everything you may need for a comfort stay and residence (and even more, everything there is planned to the smallest thing, you even have a baking paper). Apartment is equipped as described on booking (including ironing facilities, laundry room with detergents, enough towels, soap, everything). 3 TVs (in each room) with free of charge netflix account. Very modern. Spacious. Extremely clean and neat. Enough car parking spaces for all residents. We've stayed for 20 nights. Location is close to the beach (Stobrec Jug Beach 7 min walk, with amazing views). Within 2 min walk there are small supermarket, several nice restaurants. 20 min drive - Split city center (old town). Very quiet place. Separate words must be written about an amazing host Ivana. She is wonderful, very kind person, very open hearted and welcoming, very helpful, available for you 24/7. Everything we may have needed for baby Ivana helped us (feeding chair, toys, help with hospital advice (we've had an emergency) etc). She also provided us with free sun umbrellas for usage, free kids water toys. This was one of the best experiences we've had for family vacationing.
Negative: Everything was perfect.
Summary: The best apartment and the best experience we've had. Host Ivana is incredibly welcoming and kind.
