Positive: A lovely quiet location. Very comfortable bed. Convenient location a short walk to the beach. Good choice of bars/restaurants nearby. Great spot for bird watching and bat spotting. Access to a kitchen and a washing machine was a real boon. Well maintained swimming pool. And best of all a squeegee mop for the bathroom floor.

Negative: Nothing! ... Well, the bathroom layout, with the shower between WC and basin, but the squeegee mop minimises the wet floor.
