The creek offers a natural jacuzzi and swim hole straight off of the deck. Fish from the trout stocked creek while lounging from the gazebo. You'll enjoy the gourmet kitchen with 2 dining rooms. The living room features a fireplace and coffee bar. Close to Lake Jocassee, Table Rock and much more.

You'll love the firepit which includes an outdoor pizza oven. After using the coffee bar, you can view the wildlife while drinking your morning coffee at the gazebo overlooking the creek. Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend with friends! This house has so much space. We were able to accommodate 17 of us comfortably (four families with a variety of ages). We enjoyed the creek, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, hanging out on the deck, playing games, and cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. We also took advantage of the surrounding activities- golfing at The Rock golf course, viewing the sunset at Jumping Off Rock, hiking to Twin Falls, Looking Glass Falls and spending time in Brevard! We also had a boat day on Lake Jocassee! We rented 2 pontoon boats with tubes. The lake was not crowded at all and we had fun tubing and relaxing on the water! I highly recommend this house rental!

Summary: We gathered a group of 10 family members from 4 states for a niece’s wedding in the mountains. The Lodge was perfect because of 3 bathrooms, a large, well-appointed kitchen, and many sleeping options & combinations. The outdoor setting was lovely. We appreciated Anita’s thoughtful note, cake & fruit. Loved our time together there. Precious!

Summary: Creek was a big hit for kids and adults alike! Kitchen was great for its size and well equipped for preparing meals. Biggest negative were the bedrooms in the great room. Little privacy. Drywall should extend to the ceiling or enclose each bedroom with a low ceiling like the bathroom.

Summary: Great property and location. The creek behind the house was a blast for the kids. We used the fire pit every night and enjoyed the hot tub as well. House is located on a quiet street with other houses, but the few people we ran into were incredibly nice and welcoming. House worked perfectly for our family and the bedrooms were far enough from the living room/kitchen that noise wasn't a concern for us waking our young kids.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property! Fishing and hiking were within close proximity and soaking in the hot tub at the end of a long day was wonderful! The kitchen is great - so big and very nice appliances. It was nice to have two separate dining tables because we used one as a puzzle table during our stay. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Neighbors were closer than expected but that wasn’t a problem. We had a great time at this wonderful property!

Summary: Anita was a fabulous host. She even left us a card and gift that was waiting upon arrival! There were notes throughout the house with helpful tips about each room. The porch, hot tub, gazebo and view of the creek were all lovely, and the kids enjoyed having a game room to themselves! The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need. For future visitors, it’s good to know that two of the bedrooms do not have walls that all the way to the top of the A-frame ceiling, so the people staying in those rooms will definitely hear one another. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again!

Summary: Overall we had a great stay. The house has a large bonus style room that the 5 kids in our group were able to run around and play in safely. The kitchen has high end appliances and stocked with essentials. The deck and creekside were a fun treat for everyone. From the photos and the write up, I did not register there is a hot tub on the deck (it is only listed as an amenity icon) so we missed out on bringing bathing suits. The photos also led me to believe it was a bigger property outside the house and bit more secluded from neighbors. There is a neighboring cabin on the property that has other guests and other structures very near by. It ended up not being an issue with few other people seen, I just thought it was a more private than it was. I also didn't realize that two of the queen rooms had lofted ceilings. I see it in the photos now, but didn't realize it specifically so we had some babies in parents rooms that were a little disruptive. Just a "good to know". We really enjoyed the nearby walking trails and going on a day trip to Lake Jocassee.
