Positive: Location is in a great part of of town for dining, having a large number of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk, probably better than anywhere else in Providence. The apartment is fully equipped and could easily accommodate two couples. The second bedroom is self contained upstairs in the apartment and is large large with an ensuite bathroom. Parking for one vehicle is in a lot about 150 feet from the apartment and is visible from the apartment.

Summary: A well equipped apartment within easy walk of a large choice of restaurants and bars.

Positive: Very comfortable and perfect in every way. My niece and I were in Providence for a cheer competition (we are owner and coach) and we absolutely loved the penthouse! We are hoping to stay here again next year. The little place across the street, Irregardless, has fantastic food! We really enjoyed our stay.
