Positive: It was quite nice, the place is furnished well, it was clean and a central location. Overall a great experience.

Negative: The staff response time. Parking was not clear and I sent 2 emails with no response, and then a text and a phone call and no response. I received a call back once I figured out parking (we were already in the apartment by then)from someone who was not helpful. If it was a true emergency that would not have been good.
